Difficulty placing an order.
We're sorry you're having problems placing an order. If you e-mail us for help, we'll need the following information:
Operating System (e.g. Windows XP, NT, Mac OS X, etc.)
Browser type and version (e.g., Netscape 7.2, Internet Explorer 7.0)
Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP) (e.g., AOL, MSN, Comcast, Earthlink)
Please include any system or error messages that appeared, and a detailed description of the problem you experienced. This information will allow us to reproduce and solve the problem.
How To Deal With Damaged Item (UPS Express)?
If a damaged item is received due to reason of shipping process, weather, custom inspection etc, buyer should contact us and provide evidence of damage (a note from the carrier stating the damage and digital photos) within 3 days after receiving the item. Please check the item carefully before you sign your name, be sure to reject the item if damages is obviously to the package.
How to deal with backorders?
In case your order item runs out, we will contact you immediately by email. If you agree to wait for the order, we will ship out your ordered item when it is available. If not, we will issue a full refund at once. (It will take at least 2 weeks to process the refund if your order is paid by Money Order/Check).
**Please note that we reserve the rights to issue a full refund without any notice if we receive no response from you after 14 days.

If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us through to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (25) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns. In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight. Return packages by C.O.D will not be accepted .
Please ensure that returned items are the ones that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any item sent to us that is not our product.
How and when will I receive order and/or shipping confirmation?
We'll e-mail you confirming your order as soon as we receive it. Save the e-mail, because it includes an order number. We'll also e-mail confirmation of your shipment as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center. If didn't receive an order and/or shipping confirmation within 12 hours,contact don't send shipping confirmation e-mails until your order leaves the fulfillment center.
