Shipping Guide
All of our products are shipped by USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc. Most of the items we carry are in stock and will be shipped on the next business day you place your order. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on next Monday. If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you by email or telephone.

We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. For the benefit of you, please make sure that your written shipping address is correct and deliverable.

Please note that we do not ship to APO (Military) Boxes or FPO (Foreign) Boxes.

Shipping Rates
Our postage rates include the expenses of shipping, handling fees and high-quality packaging, which are charged based on weight and size of the goods, delivery destination and its retail value. Standard Shipping cost to the whole world would be US $6.80, Expedited Shipping cost US $18.75.

If you want to change your shipping address, please send the new address to this email: support@wholesale-laptop-batteries.com, or mark at the message box on paypal, we will ship the item to the new address.

Delivery Time
Items will be shipped out in the following business days only after you have confirmed the shipping address. In general, it normally take about 3-5 working days for global delivery. For fast delivery, it will take about 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on next Monday. (Note: working days are Monday through Friday. Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are excluded). If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Order Tracking
It is very easy for you to check the status of your order and locate the package during transit, as an email with a tracking number will be sent to your email address after your order has been shipped out. Tracking number will be emailed to buyer once your ordered item is shipped out.

Remark:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped incorrect item(s). Undeliverable or refused orders, due to incorrect address and/or absence etc., will be refunded in the original form of payment, less the applicable shipping charges. Occasionally, there can be an instance when a product is back-ordered and not available for immediate shipment. In such a situation, we will immediately inform you of the nature of delay and the estimated date of availability of the item(s). The communication with you will be done either by MSN ( bestren@hotmail.com ) or by e-mail. We will send you the available items and keep the remaining order on a "back-order" status and ship them as soon as they become available. As a result, occasionally, you will receive multiple shipments for one order.
